- Location: All our products are stored and shipped from warehouses in Australia, typically located in Victoria or New South Wales, depending on stock and demand.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase. During holidays or peak seasons, this may extend to 48 hours.
- Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 4–14 business days after processing, excluding delays caused by couriers.
If your delivery takes longer than expected, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. While we do everything we can to minimize delays, courier services can occasionally experience disruptions during busy periods.
Free Shipping on Orders $60+
We offer fast and free shipping Australia-wide for all orders over $60. For orders under $60, shipping fees may apply unless otherwise specified.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery’s progress.
